Lemon pepper is a dry seasoning that combines lemon zest (usually dried) with ground black pepper, creating a unique flavor that is citrusy, fresh and slightly spicy.

Although simple, it is very aromatic and adds a special touch to many types of dishes, especially white meats such as chicken and fish.

The mixture usually contains:

Lemon zest (or Sicilian lemon) → adds acidity and aroma
